Got to keep it Short and Sweet with a Blazer

I am going to keep this post Short & Sweet with a Blazer. Today is Friday (THANK GOD); I know we are all looking forward to the weekend’s festivities ahead. I for one cannot wait for the weekend. I can’t wait to sleep in on Saturday morning, although I’ll probably wake up at around 9 (ugh adulthood, am I right?). Other than sleeping though, I plan to relax around the house, study, wash my car (finally!) and just wait and see what other kinds of plans pop up throughout the day (Weekend Vibes).

In this post I am rocking one of my favorite style pieces, “A Blazer. I mentioned in a previous post here that I have a complete and utter obsession with Blazers. Now that the fall weather has officially arrived (for LA anyway), it’s safe to say I have been strutting my Blazer game all around town! This little olive green beaut is new to the family. I just purchased it from the Salvation Army USA on a random girl’s day trip with Madre.

It’s finely structured with heightened shoulders (LOVE), mid- length; so I can still show off my bottom piece and accompanied by a few accented marble buttons. I went through those vintage racks with a fierceness and I was so happy to walk away with this little addition to my wardrobe.

Paired with a black high waisted (you know I die for high-waisted) pencil, sweater skirt, a lilac colored crop- top I’ve been flashing since I was 12– OMG. As well as a pair of middy black boot heels and this cute little grey cross- body to hold all my “small” essentials.

I just woke up really wanting to wear a little contrasted fall ensemble and so I calculated what would work in my head (doesn’t everyone do that?) and came up with this outfit. The crop- top adds a splash of “risqué” don’t you think? Also this background has been catching my attention for quite some time now and so I finally caved and the results worked out perfectly, what with the vibrancy and character of this location.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend, let me know what shenanigans you plan on getting into?!

Till next time lovelies,

Shall
