It’s Friday & just like THAT my 3-day work week is over (take a bow). If you read my last post you will understand the last line there. Any who, I hope you all are ready for another fun filled, memorable, “lesson learned” kind of weekend. I find myself looking forward to this weekend, what with Easter Sunday coming up (brunch, fam, brunch Yass!), sleeping in until my body says get up, straightening my hair after like two years (fingers crossed it’s grown), & hanging out with the bffl & Granddad tonight. It shall be an interesting 2 days.
Of course daydreaming about this weekend has me reminiscing about the last. Last weekend the fam and I headed up to Simi Valley to finally check out the Reagan Library. Now, none of us had ever been to the Library and we “kiddies” knew very little about this memorable President of the 80’s. It was nice to really dig deep into the kind of man Ronald Reagan was. Be it an Actor, a Politician, & then President of the United States. Ronald was a jack of all trades. The museum of his lifetime was inspiring; he had SO many dreams that became goals and then achievements. He sure enhanced my awareness of the fact that really, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE if you never give up and work hard; all with a smile on your face and a positive attitude.
That is exactly how I strutted myself in my Ronald Reagan Library attire. I wore a pair of cream culottes with a crochet long sleeve top and a cream bandeaux underneath (it’s a president museum, gotta cover it up! ha). I accessorized with a pair of multi-strapped black patent leather sandals, a grey cardigan, and a grey mini cross-body bag. My hair in space buns really made my look I think!

Keep watch for my next post featuring the white dress I previously mentioned. I plan on wearing it to brunch on Sunday and I can wait to ensemble that look 🙂 Follow me on instagram to keep up with all the fun!
