As the long summer days and warm nights come to an end I thought it best to incorporate my more “Fall” looking pieces back into my daily wardrobe and I couldn’t be more excited to do so. Of course the summer time heat is still lingering so mix-matching some of my Fall wear with my Summer wear is a total must and that is when a Blazer is necessary. Now if you guys know me, you know I have a total obsession with outer wear garments.. especially Blazers. I can pair a blazer with almost any outfit I can come up with, whether it be with shorts, a dress, a skirt, leggings, pants or jeans. A blazer is just that perfect added clothing accessory to make an outfit come together with a nice, clean polish. I have so many different kinds of Blazers hanging in my closet it’s kind of ridiculous (in a good way of course!). I like to look for those “key factor” looking Blazers with that extra button sequence, patterning, shoulder pad, embellishment, or side slit. I also set my sights out for an array of different colored Blazers, any color I don’t already own and any color that can really add that POP to my ensemble that day. However, don’t get me wrong.. I do love a great neutral, earth tone Blazer as well (I.E this solid Black number).
In this particular post I chose to wear a solid Black blazer accompanied by a strapless magenta colored crop top with an added bow and high rise navy culottes. Accessorized with my newest black loafer flats and a pink cross-body Nine West bag, that I’ve been rocking all over creation lately–ha.
Do you guys have a favorite fall worn item that you just cant keep your eyes off of? Let me know!
Below you will find a couple of Blazers that caught my eye, maybe you can find some interesting finds from these store as well!
